Open Up for Fall Food Trends

Creative food stations are becoming more and more popular, as they are one of the best ways to personalize a wedding. I don't just mean dessert bars and appetizer sushi platters, but unique stations to build-your-own taco, gourmet coffee bar and craft beer samplings (these last two are great ways to incorporate seasonal flavors as fall approaches) If it's in your budget, consider hiring in a professional barista or mixologist who can kick your unique specialty station up another notch!

As far as cakes go, simple is still the key. Naked cakes are here to stay, as are humble small tiers and flowers for cake topers - if there's any cake topper at all. If you're planning to go with a small cake mainly for the show of cutting, remember to have a second dessert option available for your guests.
